The machine removes heavy impurities such as stones, earth, small mud and so on in the material according to the gravity difference of the material. By adjusting the wind pressure, amplitude and other parameters, the heavy gravity stone will sink to the bottom and move from low to high along the screen surface while the low gravity crop will float and move from high to low to achieve the purpose of separating and removing the stone.

Scope of application

It is mainly applicable to the equipment for seed processing and juxtaposition stones (gravel similar to the particle size of the material) in grain crops such as paddy, wheat, sesame, beans, and so on. It utilizes the difference in specific gravity and suspension speed between the material and the juxtaposed stone, and adopts the method of wind power and mechanical movement to remove heavy impurities such as sand and gravel.
